Every once and awhile, the team and I love to dive deep into a time-consuming fantasy project. The Wednesday Dress is a perfect example of that! For the fourth day of our 13-day Halloween Extravaganza, we’re showcasing the Wednesday Pattern Hack, as featured in the fall issue of Vintage by Gertie magazine.

This dress combines Charm’s Grace Bodice, more than 10 yards of black silk, and ruffles galore to create my recreation of the couture Alaïa gown worn by Jenna Ortega in season one of Tim Burton’s Wednesday.
