Charm Patterns is growing! We are a small independent sewing pattern company based in Newburgh, New York. Our mission is to merge vintage glamour with modern sewing content, and our team is made up of a combination of in-house and remote positions. With the success of our namesake pattern line, the addition of our monthly subscription service on Patreon, and new projects on the horizon, we are adding a couple more talented members to our team. About Our Culture 

Charm Patterns is a collaborative and fun work environment, set in a hub of creative small businesses in Newburgh, one of the most exciting towns in the Hudson Valley. The Charm team is constantly inspired by the arts around us, as well as our never-ending fascination with the world of vintage fashion. Team building is just as likely to happen over a Tuesday afternoon status meeting as an Elvis movie night (tacos provided, of course).
